Since 2014, I have been a practicing attorney in Manhattan’s financial district. During this time,  I’ve suffered from pain in my hip, neck, back, calves, ankles in addition to a host of other chronic health issues. Despite these issues and because of my passion for exercise, I pushed myself through a variety of exercise programs  but of course, my pain only got worse.  Through self-exploration and extensive research, I’ve learned to create exercise regimens based on natural and functional movement that not only helped me get fit but also helped me get out of pain.  When I realized how many other people were suffering as well I knew I had found my calling and I decided to devote my life to helping people get out of chronic pain through exercise and natural movement.  

I am an NASM and MovNat certified personal trainer and currently seeking additional certifications in nutrition, and health coaching.  I know how physically, emotionally and mentally  challenging it is to be in pain but I also know how liberating and satisfying it is when the root cause of a health issue is discovered and properly managed.  This is where we come in.  We teach our clients the principles of natural and functional movement so they can understand their bodies better and discover what is actually behind their pain and dysfunction.  In time, our clients learn the skills to make lasting  changes that improve the quality of their day-to-day life.
